Yunda is the leader of our company, a licensed GC, a humble owner. Having served the community for over a decade, Yunda founded the company to deliver high-quality residential and commercial builds. He’s known for his hands-on leadership, commitment to safety and client satisfaction.
Jeffery Shen
Architect – Design Lead
Jeffery supervises our design team. He’s a licensed California architect, a Berkeley/Tsinghua graduate. Jeffery blends creativity with technical precision. He’s known for his ability to bring clarity to complexity. His confidence and problem solving skills makes him an indispensable leader and collaborator.

GC – Managing Director
Eric, our insightful mentor, who’s in the construction market for decades. Eric measures his career satisfaction by the positive impacts he makes on others.
